You know what takes the jam out of my doughnut? Improper full stops in acronyms. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. Adding full stops in general has fallen out of practice which is fine. But at times it makes sense to use them. If signage is in all caps and you need the acronym to pop, throw some full stops in. But if you're going to use them do it properly for crying out loud.

I once saw a hoodie in the gym that said "T.R.E.N" which stood for Train, Rest, Eat, Nutrition. It makes sense to put the full stops here. A play on the short hand for trenbolone. Kind of cute until I noticed the N was missing the full stop and that just irritated me. Also, eat and nutrition ARE THE SAME THING.

Everyday I pass this monstrosity and it makes my blood boil.

On a related note; advertisements for products which use fake social media posts to give legitimacy to the product. I've seen it recently with this very flavour of Lucozade, advertisements which have a Not-Twitter or Not-Facebook post that read "@lucozade when are you bringing Graffruiti flavour back?!"

So when I got my new gaming PC, and majority of everything had bright neon lights. I hated that. Then one day, I'm rocking all of the lights turned on maximum brightness and my room looks like a rave party now. and now I hate that I enjoy using these goddamn neon lights.

Normally at work we have a sheet of paper that lists all the items we have that need to be packed up and returned to the company we hired them from. The van driver had forgotten to give them to us so we only had the PDFs, so I was trying to check everything off as I packed it on my phone. I used the iPhone's built in ability to annotate and draw on PDFs and it was working well, I did all the items we had at the time and then waited until the rest were ready to be packed away. When I went to open the file...it was gone. Nowhere to be found in recents, or the original file location.

After looking it up I found that other people have had a similar issue where their files they have used the Mark Up tools on have corrupted and been quietly deleted without ever even being informed. Luckily I had taken photos of all the items before packing them away so could just find a way to print the PDF and redo it from those but the fact Apple have a feature that is known to fuck up in this way is absolutely baffling and I very easily could have lost important work or fucked up because of the glitch. Absolutely whack.
