Usually dead sperm but sometimes alive and wiggling around looking in vain for an egg. Probably very confused why hes on a really hot microscope slude and not in a human body

Seman is one test we don't really do. Its rarely tested for anything that isnt paternity related. That in mind i do see sperm in urine every now and then.
