"The Gang Gets Racist" is gold to me. Very, very early Always Sunny but I was legit crying. "The Gang Wrestles For The Troops" is also great (RIP Hot Rod). "2020: A Year In Review", "CharDee MacDennis: The Game Of Kings" and "CharDee MacDennis 2: Electric Boogaloo"

"The Gang Hits the Road" as drcroc is a great suggestion. But absolutely Charlie Work from me. I'd put it up against any 23 minute show including any classic Simpsons episode.

I think classic Sunny starts with season 3 episode 1, "Hundred Dollar Baby". It's hard to argue against "The Nightman Cometh" as the best episode. But I'm going to go "Charlie Work." It's not just funny it's incredibly well shot.
